Charlotte Castronovo has a passion for supporting organizations that promote education and empower women. Charlotte has served as a junior board member of both the One Love Foundation and the Cornelia Connelly Center. As a board member of GTL, she is inspired by the mission to continue to support women’s education.
After spending four years living in New York City and working in financial services and private equity for Duff & Phelps and then Lexington Partners, Charlotte now lives in Washington, DC and works as a private equity associate at LNC Partners. Charlotte received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
