Caroline works as a County Executive Committee Member in charge of Environment, Natural Resources, Energy and Mining in Baringo County, Kenya. An outstanding individual, she has won awards for her rain-fed climate change adaptation project and for her advocacy work.
Educated in Kenya and the USA, she volunteers her service to communities in advocacy, proposal writing, project design, motivational talks and mentorship. At GTL she acts as a volunteer scholarship coordinator in the Rift Valley, Kenya.
